Top 5 Favorite Primers

Primers are such an important part of makeup application, especially in these hot summer months! Here are my top 5 all time favorite primers.

vBenefit Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer- This is a great primer for full-coverage makeup. It's basically glue for your makeup. As soon as you apply the primer to a section of your face you need to immediately apply your foundation to make sure it applies smoothly. It's definitely the best primer for helping makeup stay on all day.

vClinique Superprimer Universal Face Primer- This is my usual "everyday" primer. I don't need a super mattifying, long wear primer every day for the office and this is my go-to. This one is great for helping foundation apply evenly.

vTarte Clean Slate Poreless- This is probably the most mattifying primer I own. It's great at filling in pores and keeping my skin matte throughout the day. Just make sure you moisturize well that day to keep your skin from being too dry!

vBenefit the Porefessional- Obviously everyone talks about this primer, but for good reason! It's definitely the best at filling in pores. It is also slightly mattifying, so its great for summertime!

vKorres Mattifying Primer- Strangely enough, the primer with "mattifying" in the title isn't the most mattifying primer I own. Nonetheless, it's a nice day time primer for smoothing out your skin tone.
